Scott Niedergang serves as Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield overseeing a team that is recognized as a national leader in healthcare capital markets.  With a core competency of investment sales, the team has significant experience consulting owners of medical office buildings (MOB), ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), and a multitude of outpatient healthcare facilities occupied by a range of specialties.

Gino Lollio is a Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Advisory Practice of the Capital Markets division. Prior to joining C&W in 2018, Gino was named Senior Director and co-headed the institutional healthcare division of a publicly-traded investment brokerage.
